Ham and Pasta Salad
Cook 8 ounces spinach rotini according to package directions; drain. Blanch 2 cups sliced carrots in boiling water 1 minute; drain. In large bowl, combine rotini, carrots, 1/2 pound baked ham, cut into strips, 1 cup sliced celery and 1 small onion, sliced. For dressing, in jar combine 1/2 cup Heinz Tarragon Vinegar, 3 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon each: pepper, dried basil leaves and dried tarragon leaves. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over salad, tossing to coat; chill. Serve salad chilled or at room temperature. Makes 4-6 servings.
