1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley
3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion 2 minutes or until softened. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds or until fragrant.
2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Stir in heavy cream and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
3. Stir in parmesan cheese, parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
