Cauliflower Fried "Rice"
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 (10 oz.) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg, lightly beaten and scrambled
Directions
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook garlic and ginger 1 minute or until fragrant.
2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally or until tender crisp.
3. Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute.
4. Stir in egg and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
Tip: Stir in 2 cups cooked cut-up chicken, pork, or shrimp for a quick and easy main dish.
