Classic pink beans & rice
2 tbsp. Goya Olive Oil
½ cup ham, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Goya Tomato Sauce
¼ tsp. oregano
¾ tcup water
1 15.5 oz. can Goya Low Sodium Pink Beans, undrained
1 packet Sazón Goya con Culantro y Achiote
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot white rice. Serves 4.
