Goya Enriched Medium Grain Rice, 5 lbs
Recipe for Spanish white rice
• In a heavy saucepan, place two (2) cups of Goya® rice, one (1) tablespoon of Goya® Vegetable or Olive Oil or butter, one (1) teaspoon of salt and four (4) cups of water.
• While stirring, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer until water is absorbed.
Goya's Classic Rice & Beans
2 tablespoons Goya® Olive Oil
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Goya® Tomato Sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup water
1 15.5 oz. can Goya® Beans, undrained (Red kidney, pink, small reds, Roman or pinto)
1 packet Sazón Goya®
• Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add ham, onions, pepper and garlic; cook 10 minutes.
• Stir in remaining ingredients.
• Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over warm white rice.
Serves 3-4.
