Goya Canilla Extra Long Grain Enriched Rice, 32 oz
Goya's Classic Rice & Beans
2 tablespoons Goya Olive Oil
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup Goya Tomato Sauce
1/4 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup water
1 15.5 oz. can Goya Beans, undrained (red kidney, pink, small reds, roman or pinto)
1 packet Sazón Goya con Culantro y Achiote
• Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add ham, onions, pepper and garlic; cook 10 minutes.
• Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
• Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over warm white Canilla Rice. Serves 3-4.
