Our GoodCook Everyday 3-cup Sifter has a classic design for sifting and combining dry ingredients like flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and spices. Scoop up flour with the scoop-front design to break up lumps in flour to aerate and lighten the powder for easier mixing and more accurate measurements. The hand-crank on the side rotates the dual-wire agitator to sift and transfer ingredients through the stainless steel mesh. One, two and three cup measurements are stamped into the tin body for quick reference of volume.
