Glory Foods Organic Kale Greens, 10 oz
Sautéed Organic Kale
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1 (10 oz.) bag Glory® Fresh Organic Kale
1/2 cup chicken/vegetable stock or water
1 to 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 tsp. each)
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add chopped garlic and cook until soft. Add Glory® Fresh Organic Kale, a handful at a time, sautéing until just wilted before adding more. Stir in stock; cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove cover; cook until all the liquid is evaporated. Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Organic Kale Chips
1 (10-oz.) bag Glory® Fresh Organic Kale
2 tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt to taste (about 2 tsp.)
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Dry kale leaves in a salad spinner or with paper towels. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Add sea salt. Place organic kale in a single layer on one or two cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until kale is crisp and turning brown.
Sprinkle your chips with Parmesan cheese or Italian seasoning if desired.
