Gillian's Turkey Stuffing
1 bag Gillian's Gluten Free Stuffing
9 oz. pork sausage, remove from casing & break apart
1/2 cup onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup gluten free chicken stock
2 eggs, beaten, freshly ground pepper & salt to taste
Sauté sausage, onions & celery together with butter until cooked. Let cool. Add chopped parsley, eggs, pepper, chicken stock and stuffing and mix all together until bread is moist. Stuff your bird, or bake in a 8' casserole, covered, at 325°F for 1/2 hour and then uncovered for 30 minutes until the top is a little crispy. Internal temp should be around 140°F.
