Fisher Chef's Naturals Pecan Halves, 10 oz
Classic Pecan Pie
Prep Time: 15 min. Cook Time: 55 min. Yield: 9 servings
1 cup light corn syrup
¾ cups sugar
⅓ cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ cups Fisher® Pecan Halves
1 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
Directions:
1. Stir corn syrup, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in eggs and vanilla; add pecan halves.
2. Pour filling into shell. Bake at 350 F for 55-60 min. or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving
For a Fresh Twist: Melt ½ cup chocolate chips with the butter.
