Walnut Banana Bread
Prep Time: 10 mins.
Cook Time: 55 mins.
Yield: 14 servings
½ cup (1 stick) softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¼ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 2up Fisher® Chopped Walnuts
Directions:
1. Cream butter & sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Transfer to greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake 55 min. at 350°F or until cooked through.
For a Fresh Twist: Stir 1 cup chocolate chips into batter.
