Pumpkin Pie
1 15 oz. Can Farmer's Market Pumpkin
¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. sea salt
¾ cup. sugar
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 9″ deep dish pie shell
Mix pumpkin, sugar, and spices together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix slowly until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° for an additional 35-40 minutes. Thoroughly cool pie before serving. Serves 6-8.
