Dream pie
• 2 env. Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
• 2-3/4 cups cold milk, divided
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding
• 1 baked pie crust (9 inch), cooled
Prep Time: 10 min. plus refrigerating
Beat whipped topping mixes, 1 cup milk and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on high speed 6 min. or until soft peaks form.
Add remaining milk and dry pudding mixes; beat on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed 2 min., stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Makes 8 servings.
Easy coconut dream pie: Stir 1 cup toasted baker's angel flake coconut and 1/2 cup chopped planters pecans into pudding mixture before spooning into pie crust.
Dream cake
• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) cake mix, any flavor
• 1 env. Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup cold water
Prep time: 15 min.
Total time: 1 hour 15 min. (incl.cooling)
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans.
Beat all ingredients in large bowl with mixer on low speed just until mixes are moistened. Beat on medium speed 4 min. or until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 15 min. Loosen cakes from sides of pans with knife. Gently remove cakes from pans; cool completely on wire racks. Fill and frost with fluffy frosting, if desired. Keep frosted cake refrigerated. Makes: 10 servings
Fluffy frosting: Beat 1-1/2 cups cold milk, 1 env. Dream Whip Whipped Topping and 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding (any flavor) in large bowl with mixer on low speed until blended.
Beat on high speed 4 to 6 min. or until mixture forms soft peaks.
Makes about 3 cups frosting or enough to fill and frost 2 (8-or-9inch) cake layers, or top of 13x9-inch cake.
