Eggplant Parmesan - Made Easy!
Ingredients:
• Frozen Eggplant Cutlets
• Your favorite pasta sauce
• Shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses
Pour a layer of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish. Place a layer of frozen cutlets over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat these three steps. Cover and bake at 375°F for 35 minutes (uncover for last 15 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
