Italian Style Corn

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 cans (15.25 oz. each) Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn, well drained
• 1/8 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
• 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
• 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet oven medium heat; add corn and red pepper flakes. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated though. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in basil and top with cheese. Season to taste with salt and black pepper, if desired.

To maintain product quality after opening, refrigerate in covered glass or plastic container up to 10 days.
