Turkey Meatballs with Cacio E Pepe Spaghetti

Ingredients
20-1 oz. frozen Cooked Perfect Turkey Meatballs
1 lb spaghetti, dry
4 oz butter (1 stick), cubed and chilled
1tbsp. ground black pepper
1 ½ cups finely grated parmesan cheese
To taste salt
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Heat cooked Perfect Turkey Meatballs according to package directions. While meatballs are eating, add the spaghetti to the water and boil until still slightly firm. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the pasta cooking water. In the same large pot,
add half of the butter and black pepper and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the spaghetti, half of the pasta water, and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, and briskly stir in the remaining butter and cheese until the cheese melts.
Top with Meatballs, season with salt to taste, and serve.
Turkey Meatballs Primavera

1 lb. fettuccine, cooked & warm
2 cups zucchini, sliced
2 cups cherry tomato, halved
2 cups milk
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
To taste salt &pepper
Garnish grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat Cooked Perfect Turkey Meatballs according to package directions. While meatballs are heating, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Remove and set aside. In the same large skillet, add the butter and flour, reduce heat to medium and cook 2-3 minutes. Slowly stir in the milk, and heat until thickened and bubbling gently. Toss the fettuccine, zucchini, and tomatoes in the sauce to coat. Season with salt & pepper. Top with Cooked Perfect Turkey Meatballs, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
