Panko Breaded Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 cup Anna® TIPO "00" Flour
1 tsp Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt
1 tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
3 eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup Cento Italian Style Panko Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 lb raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined
4 cups Cento Blended Italian Style Oil
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk. Place bread crumbs in a third bowl. Toss shrimp in flour mixture until coated, then dip in egg wash mixture by bread crumbs. Heat oil in a heavy skillet on medium-high heat. Place shrimp in skillet cook until golden brown on both sides. Transfer cooked shrimp to paper towel covered plate to absorb excess oil, and repeat until all shrimp are cooked. Serve with your favorite Cento® sauce. Serves 4-6.
