Walnut Brownies with Chocolate Drizzle

• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1½ cups Bowl and Basket™ Granulated Sugar
• ½ cup Bowl and Basket™ Light Brown Sugar
• ½ cup Bowl and Basket™ Unsalted Butter (1 stick), melted
• 4 Bowl and Basket™ Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Bowl and Basket™ Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Bowl and Basket™ Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
• ³/₄ cup Bowl and Basket™ Bleached Enriched All Purpose Flour
• ½ tsp Bowl and Basket™ Kosher Salt
• 1 cup Bowl and Basket™ Chopped Walnuts
• ¼ cup Bowl and Basket™ Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips
• 3 tbsp Bowl and Basket™ Heavy Whipping Cream
1. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter, followed by eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk in cocoa, flour and salt; fold in walnuts. Pour batter into prepared dish; bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few crumbs. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
3. Place chocolate chips and cream in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup.
4. Cut brownie into 16 squares. Drizzle with chocolate and serve.
