Light & Flaky with a Mildly Sweet Flavor, Our Branzini Fillets Take on the Flavor of Any Type of Seasoning Making Them Perfect for a Variety of Recipes
Sheet Pan Branzini
Ingredients:
• 2lb Bowl & Basket™ Boneless Branzini Fillets (requires 2 bags)
• 5 sprigs fresh oregano
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• 1 lemon, sliced
• ½ lemon (for juice)
• 1 medium shallot, sliced
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
• Cooked orzo
• Fresh dill
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
2. Season the brazini fillets with 1 tbsp olive oil and juice of ½ lemon.
3. Place fillets on sheet pan and bake for 4-6 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets).
4. Remove pan from oven and gently turn fillets over.
5. Arrange oregano, garlic, shallots and cherry tomatoes on sheet pan around fish and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil.
6. Place sliced lemon on top of fillets and sprinkle entire pan with crumbled feta cheese.
7. Return to oven and bake 8-12 minutes until fish is done.
Keep Frozen until Ready to Use
