Ingredients
• 1/3 cup ice cold water
• 1/2 cup Bowl & Basket™ instant non-fat dry milk
• 1/4 cup Bowl & Basket™ powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp Bowl & Basket™ vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Bowl & Basket™ lemon juice
Directions
1. Place ice water in a one-quart mixing bowl.
2. Add instant non-fat dry milk.
3. Beat with rotary beater, at high speed, until mixture stands in soft peaks. (Chill beaters and bowl for best results.)
4. Add sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
5. Continue beating until quite firm.
6. Chill and use as you would whipped cream as a topping on fruit, gelatin desserts, shortcake, puddings, or other desserts.
7. The topping can also be folded into dressing recipes or fruit salad.
8. Use the topping soon after whipping.
Keep in a Cool, Dry Place.
