Easy Cherry Cheesecake
Ingredients
• 1 graham cracker pie crust, prepared according to package directions
• 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
• 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Directions
Prepare graham cracker pie crust according to package directions; set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Top with a thin layer of whipped topping and cherry pie filling just before serving.
Store in a Cool, Dry Place.
