Turkey Wing Fricassee

Ingredients
• 4 Bowl & Basket™ Young Turkey Wings (2 ½ lbs)
• ¼ cup Bowl & Basket™ flour
• 2 tsp Bowl & Basket™ salt
• ¾ tsp Bowl & Basket™ paprika
• ¼ tsp Bowl & Basket™ white pepper
• 4 Tbsp Bowl & Basket™ butteror shortening
• 2 medium Bowl & Basket™ onions, chopped
• 2 medium Bowl & Basket™ onions, chopped
• 1 clove Bowl & Basket™ garlic, crushed
• 4 cups Bowl & Basket™ chicken broth
• 2 Bowl & Basket™ carrots, sliced
• ½ cup wholesome pantry organic™ celery, sliced
• 1 bay leaf
• ¼ tsp rosemary
• ¼ cup cold water
• 8 oz Bowl & Basket™ wide egg noodles
• Parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Rinse wings and pat dry. Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Roll turkey wings in flour mixture to coat. Reserve remaining flour. Melt butter in dutch oven or large heavy pot.
Brown turkey on all sides. Add onions, garlic and sauté for 5 minutes. Add broth, carrots, celery, bay leaf and rosemary. Cover and simmer for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until turkey is tender.
Transfer wings to heated platter, reserving liquid in pot. Remove bay leaf. Mix remaining flour with cold water to form a smooth paste; add slowly to hot liquid, stirring to keep smooth. Cook over Medium heat about 5 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly. Pour over turkey on serving platter. Garnish with parsley. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles. Serves 4.
