Baked Extra Crispy Soy-Garlic Pork Chops
Prep: 20 Minutes plus marinating and standing
Bake: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ cup less sodium soy sauce
• 4 boneless, center-cut pork loin chops (about 4 to 5 ounces each]
• 1 tsp Five spice powder
• ½ tsp Bowl & Basket™ ground white pepper
• Bowl & Basket™ olive oil cooking spray
• 2 large Bowl & Basket™ white eggs
• 1 cup Bowl & Basket™ extra crispy coating mix

Directions
1. In medium bowl, whisk garlic and soy sauce. Makes about 1/2 cup.
2. Sprinkle pork chops with spice powder and pepper. Place pork chops in large zip-top plastic bag; pour garlic mixture over pork chops. Seal bag, pressing out excess air; refrigerate at least 2 or up to 8 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F; spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. In wide, shallow dish, whisk eggs; in separate wide, shallow dish, spread coating mix. Remove pork chops from marinade; discard marinade. Dip pork chops in eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then in mix to coat both sides; place on prepared pan and spray both sides with cooking spray.
4. Bake pork chops 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning once. Transfer pork chops to cutting board; tent loosely with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 pork chops. Serving size: 1 Pork chop
