Easy Potato Soup
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups milk
2 cups water
2 cups Bob's Red Mill® Potato Flakes
3 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
In a medium-sized soup pot over medium heat, sauté butter, onions and celery until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire. Sauté for a minute and then whisk in garlic powder. Add milk and water, bring to a low simmer, and then add potato flakes. Whisk vigorously to ensure no lumps form. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy! Makes 4 servings.

Parisian Nights: ham, gruyere, Dijon mustard and butter-sautéed mushrooms
