Shakes and Smoothies
For a quick and easy protein shake, add 1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder to a glass of juice or milk. Mix and enjoy.
To make a delicious smoothie, blend 1/4 cup hemp protein powder, 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit, 1/2 cup milk or water, sweetener if desired, and a handful of ice (about 1/2 cup). Makes about 2 cups.
Mix it Up!
These are a few of our favorite shakes and smoothies: Just combine all the ingredients in a blender. Fruit can be fresh or frozen!
Oatmeal Cookie:
1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 medjool dates, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, handful of ice.
Green Goodness:
1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup mango, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 cup water.
Omega Shake:
1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder, 1 tbsp flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 cup hemp milk, 1 banana, 1 tsp honey, handful of ice.
Berry Peachy:
1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder, 3/4 cup sliced peaches, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp oat bran, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 cup milk.
