Penne with 15-Minute Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
2 Cups Bionaturae Strained Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Bionaturae Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
½ Tsp. Salt
½ Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
12 Oz. Bionaturae Penne
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, simmer the strained tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and add basil.
Cook pasta in 3 quarts of salted, boiling water for 9-10 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain and toss the pasta with the tomato sauce.
Serve with grated cheese.
