Oreo Chocolate Lava Cake Mix Filled with Oreo Cookie Pieces
You Will Need:
1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms and sides of foil cups.
2. Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted.
Caution: Bowl will be hot.
3. Empty lava cake mix into melted butter; stir until blended microwave 20 seconds add eggs; stir 1 minute until very well blended.
4. Divide batter between foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place oreo cookie pieces onto batter (about 1 tablespoon each). Place cups on baking sheet.
5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup serve immediately.
