Bell's Traditional Stuffing, 12 oz
Try this great recipe using Bell's Traditional Stuffing:
Baked Stuffed Pork Chops
Saute 1/4 cup diced onions and 1/4 cup diced celery in 1/4 cup butter or margarine.
Pour over 2-1/4 cups Bell's Traditional Stuffing in a mixing bowl.
Add 1-1/3 cups water. As an option, add 2 medium apples, diced. Toss lightly with a fork to blend.
Place pork chops in oiled pan.
Cover each pork chop with the prepared stuffing.
Cover pan and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Reduce to 300°F for 30 minutes or more depending on the thickness of the pork chops.
Remove cover about 15 minutes before done. Baste with pan juices.
Stuffs 6-10 pork chops.
Bake excess stuffing in foil.
