Recipe

Caprese Salad
3 vine-ripened tomatoes
7 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini, drained
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Slice tomatoes and Mozzarella Bocconcini into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange on a platter, alternating a slice of tomato, Mozzarella and a basil leaf until all is used. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with additional fresh basil, if desired. Serves 6.
