Athens Phyllo Shells, 15 count, 1.9 oz

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 packages (15 count, each) Athens® Phyllo Shells
½ cup seasonal fruit, preserves or favorite topping for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour. Blend in egg, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.
Spoon or pipe filling into each phyllo shell. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes. Garnish as desired. Try topping with berries, jam, peanuts, toffee, or chocolate chips.
Serve immediately.
For optimal freshness, freeze until ready to use.
