Pizza Crust
2 Yields 12 in Crusts
3¼ cups Arrowhead Mills® Organic Unbleached Bread Flour
1¼ cups Warm Water (105 to 115°F)
2¼ tsp Instant Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Stir yeast into warm water in small bowl. Combine flour, salt and sugar in large bowl. Stir in yeast mixture until blended. Add olive oil. Stir 3 minutes or until a smooth dough forms.
3. Coat large bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough in bowl, turning to coat surface. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
4. Punch dough down. Divide into two equal pieces. Cover with towel. Let rest 10 minutes.
5. Press into two 12-inch pizza pans. Cover and let rise in warm place about 20 minutes.
Top crusts with favorite pizza toppings and cheese.
6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Parmesan Garlic Roll

Bread Ingredients
3-3 ½ cups Arrowhead Mills® Organic Unbleached Bread Flour
1½ Milk (Warm to 100°F)
2¼ tsp Instant Dry Yeast
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt
Garlic Spread Ingredients
½ cup Butter, Softened
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
½ tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Dried Parsley
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
Dough & Garlic Spread
1. Add warm milk, yeast, and sugar to the mixing bowl of a stand mixer. Allow yeast to dissolve, about 1 minute. Add 3 cups flour, olive oil, and salt.
2. Mix using dough hook attachment until a soft dough forms, about 2 minute. The dough should be sticky, but if too sticky add the additional ½ cup of flour by tablespoon full until dough forms a soft ball.
3. Cover the dough and allow to sit in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
4. While dough is proofing, prepare garlic spread. Combine all ingredients with the softened butter and mix until creamy
5. Pre-heat oven to 400 °F. Lightly spray a 13x9 inch rectangular baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Once dough has doubled in size, remove from bowl and place on a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough into a 14x10 inch rectangle. Spread the garlic butter spread evenly over the surface. If you have additional parmesan or mozzarella you can sprinkle this over the top.
7. Roll up the dough and cut into 1 ½ inch slices using a serrated knife. If the dough is too soft to cut, place in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
8. Place sliced dough rolls in the prepared pan. Cover and allow to rise 20 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
