Makes about 6 Pancakes
¾ cup Arrowhead Mills® Oat Flour Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Egg Beaten, or Egg Substitute
2 tbsp Oil
1/3 cup Water
1 tbsp Sugar (Optional)
Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1 ½ minutes on each side.
Waffles (6")
Makes about 2 Waffles

Preheat waffle iron.

Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
