¼ Cup Arrowhead Mills® Flax Seeds
2 ³/₄ Cups Rolled Oats
½ Cup Almonds, Slivered or Chopped
½ Cup Dried Blueberries
½ Cup Dried Cranberries
¹/₃ Cup Walnuts, Chopped
¹/₃ Cup Golden Raisins
½ Cup Honey
½ Cup Honey Butter, Melted
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stir together, oats, almonds, blueberries, cranberries, walnuts, raisins, and flax seed in a medium sized bowl.
Whisk together melted butter and honey. Pour honey mixture over granola mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
Pour granola mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes*. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Break into pieces.
*Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
Oatmeal & Flax Energy Bites

¼ Cup Arrowhead Mills® Flax Seeds, Ground
1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Peanut Butter
½ Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion mixture into bite size balls.
Roll mixture in hands to form the ball shape.
Place balls onto cookies sheet and freeze until hardened.
Transfer to a storage container and keep in fridge or freezer until ready to consume.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of ground flax seeds on cereal, cooked vegetables or in a "power" shake... a delicious way to incorporate flax seeds into your daily diet.
