Pancake & Waffle Instructions
Pancakes (4")
Make about 8 Pancakes
1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Milk or Water
1. Preheat griddle over medium high heat or preheat electric griddle to 375°F.
2. Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. Scoop pancakes onto preheated griddle that has been lightly oiled. Turn pancakes when bubbles form on the surface and edges begin to dry, about 1½ minutes on each side.
Waffles (6")
Makes about 2 Waffles
1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Milk or Water
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. Stir ingredients to get rid of large lumps, batter may still be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 2 minutes before cooking.
3. Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to waffle maker manufacturing instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown.
Warning do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying.
